We stand behind our brands and strive to ensure that our customers feel great about their purchases and do our best to ensure customer satisfaction within fair and reasonable means.
Head Bands & Hair Ties
We will exchange an item for a different size of the same style, at no additional shipping costs. If you would like a different style, you will have to make a new order.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at email@example.com. Please provide us with all the information you have available. You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once we’ve received your information, we’ll provide you with a return authorization form and a return label to ship the item back to us. Once you receive the return label, you have 7 days to ship your item. The item must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer with tags attached. Once we’ve received the item and processed the return, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method: credit card, gift card, or store credit.
A select number of heavily discounted sale items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Items purchased with a promotional code are eligible to be returned for a refund, while items purchased with a sale code (that is, a code that applies only towards sale items) are FINAL SALE.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable.
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 12:00pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 12:00pm EST on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
We ship internationally! International orders placed on a Thursday or Friday, may take up to 5-7 business days to ship. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Fitness Hub Activewear Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should file directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL).
