How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

A refund usually takes 3-5 business days to be credited back to you.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow the return process above and then place a new order for the item you would like. This process allows us to get the proper item to you as quickly as possible.

 

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number is located in the order confirmation email. Please follow these steps to check your order status:

                        1. In your confirmation email, click the blue “View your order” button

                        2. Then click the tracking number to see shipment details (the tracking number is located on this page, under the map).

 

Can I return an item in person?

Absolutely. You can visit any one of our locations to return an item for your order. Please bring the invoice from your package or have your email confirmation.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Once you input your shipping address at check-out, the shipping cost will be calculated.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

 

Can I use a gift card online?

This feature will be available shortly. For now, you can place an order over the phone using your in-store gift card. Just call us at 561-408-0876 to place your order.
