  • Question: How do I return an item?
  • Question: When will I receive my refund?
    • Answer: A refund usually takes 3-5 business days to be credited back to you.
  • Question: Do you offer exchanges?
    • Answer: Yes, If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow the return process above and choose the exchange option. Be sure to note which items you would like to exchange it for in the comments. Once we receive the return we will process the exchange. We can not guarantee the item you wish to exchange it for is in stock. In the event it is sold out we will contact you to offer a refund instead or exchange it for something else.
  • Question: Where is my tracking number?
    • Answer: Your tracking number is located in the order confirmation email. Please follow these steps to check your order status:
      1. In your confirmation email, click the blue “View your order” button
      2. Then click the tracking number to see shipment details (the tracking number is located on this page, under the map).
  • Question: Can I return an item in person?
    • Answer: Yes, merchandise purchased from our Online store can be returned or exchanged in-store. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email with you when you visit one of our locations for a return or exchange. 
  • Question: How much does shipping cost?
    • Answer: Once you input your shipping address at check-out, the shipping cost will be calculated.
  • Question: Do you ship internationally?
    • Answer: Yes.
  • Question: Do you pay duties and taxes for international buyers?
    • No, not at this time as all countries charge different duties and taxes. Please check with your local government to inquire about your countries duties and taxes.
  • Question: Can I use a gift card online?
    • Answer: Yes, whether you purchased your gift card in-store or online you can enter the Gift Card code upon checking out. You can locate the code either on the back of the physical gift card or within your email if it's an e-gift card purchased online. 
  • Question: Do you sell gift cards online?

  • Question: I joined your email list, but haven’t received my discount code.
    • Answer: Please contact us at hello@fitnesshubfl.com and we’ll take care of it.
  • Question: Why isn’t my discount code working?
    • Answer: Discount codes only apply to full-priced items unless the code specifically states that is also includes sale items.
  • Question: How do I care for my garment? (Care Instructions)
    • Answer: We recommend cold water, delicate cycle, and hang dry. For more detailed instructions refer to the inside tag on the garment.
